When I was in high school, decades ago, we had a foreign exchange student from the Netherlands one year. He had a large repertoire of anti-Jewish jokes, along the lines of what was chanted by that soccer crowd.
Well the video has been taken down but from reading the source article you may be right. Its just the Dutch being the Dutch.
