We're gonna smoke it anyway, regardless of whether it is legal or not. You might as well learn to respect the 9th & 10th Amendments again & return this issue back to the States & let them decide what to do on this issue. The only Constitutional role that the Constitution gives to the Feds are protecting our borders (the Invasion Clause) & regulating (NOT prohibiting) interstate traffic.
