I’m guessing that black owned bakeries would be any more welcoming and the media and left would be just as unwilling to report it.
I don't know if it is so much a hatred of Christianity as much as it is a fear. I sometimes hear people going on about "church and state" and Christmas programs at schools, and I usually get the impression they are afraid of something because of their ignorance of the subject. People fear what they do not know.
