The Big A, reminds me fondly of my youth spent at the track. Saw Secretariat run there along with Kelso and a host of other champs when you could only bet at the race course you were at.
Saw Hoist the Flag run there in his last race before injury. Could have been the finist horse I ever saw run.
Ah, Kelso.
I remember him carrying crushing weight in the Fall High Weights and still dispatching the competition.
Too bad he was gelded.
