The 3 percent’s definition of morality mirrors communism, Islamic State

Not to defend queers in anyway, but, if after 9 years of serving this homosexual couple, wouldn’t it be somewhat natural for the homos to go to Arlene’s for the services they wanted for their marriage? On the other hand, the queers should have respected her views and taken their business elsewhere.

It was natural for them to go to her for their flowers. And the florist has written that it was a very hard decision for her that she needed to pray about, and that once she felt what she had to do, she sat down with him as a friend and tried to talk it over. He seemed to accept it, but then his boyfriend talked trash on social media and the Internet hysteria begain, impelling the gay couple to go to the Human Rights Commission. At that point, lawyers smelled blood in the water and the feeding frenzy began. The gay couple's only lawsuit was a nominal amount for having to drive their car to another florist (really!) and a little for damages. But the main lawsuits and persecutions against her now is from the bullies at the state and the state Human Rights Commission, who are trying to make her an example.

As anyone who has ever befriended GL people knows, once in awhile there comes a moment requiring tolerance from the GL person towards their Christian friend. It rarely results in their giving tolerance to their Christian friend, however.

I had a long business relationship with a company that was a good customer of mine, and the person they assigned to me to deal with was a gay woman. I listened to her tales of woe every couple of years as she took up with one woman after another and went through break-ups. She and I discussed my life as a Christian. But when I moved to another state and she wanted to bring her current partner and stay overnight on their way to another business meeting in my area, I had to say no, because I still had a child living at home. That broke the relationship, even though I would lose her recommendation or any future work. She just couldn't get over my "bigotry", even as I gently reminded her again the true meaning of "tolerance" and explained I wouldn't allow any unmarried couples, even straights. "But we can't get married" was her excuse then.

Now that they can get married, my position wouldn't change, and my reasoning now would be because of my own religious beliefs about what marriage is, and would seem even more hard-hearted to her. But it's my view that "as for my house, we will serve the Lord." It's better to offend a person than to offend God.

I should point out that after she left that organization and took a different government job, she made a point of only hiring gays and lesbians. So much for equal opportunity and tolerance.

I agree. Time to stomp on those who are trying to bully the rest of us into conforming to their perverted way of life.

I personally could care less what adults do in the privacy of their own homes. It’s really none of my business until they do it such a way as to hurt someone else who is innocent or doesn’t want to participate in their deviant life style.

Then it becomes all of our business by virtue of simply doing the right thing by our fellow men, women, and children.

We draw the line at children being abused but men and women are abused all the time too and that needs to stop.

The gays will say that the Church discriminates against them. They are playing the same game as those who wanted racial equality. The cause of racial equality is a noble one. All humans are part of God’s creation. However, behavior that defines who you are is based upon choice and not all choice is equal. The purpose of the attack on the Church is the effort to destroy the Church which is the last bastion against government control of the individual.

The Communist among us want to destroy the institution of the family. The seductive nature of this destruction describes a strategy that has no limits on its methods. Boys are being taught in the government schools that there is no consequence for sexual gratification. That gratification can come from homosexuality; not the opposite sex which carries the consequence of pregnancy. If sex occurs with the opposite sex, pregnancy can be eliminated through the morning after pill. The purpose of life is sexual gratification without limits: the seduction.

Marriage is treated as an outdated consequence of pregnancy and not the result of a romantic attraction between man and woman. Romance is an outdated culture because it puts sexual gratification secondary to the building of a relationship with a person of the opposite sex, which is God’s plan. Sexual gratification can now come at the click of a mouse: “Girls waiting to meet Portland men for sex.”

Romance requires ones respect for another. For the Communists, selfishness is the new norm. Marriage is another outdated institution because it limits the new purpose for life: self centered sexual gratification. Our moral society, governed by Natural Law, is now being replaced by moral relativism. This encourages Big Government to do anything it wants and the Constitution be damned. As with the indulgence in pleasure, there will be no limits to what government will do to those under its rule. There will be no action subject to judgement. Fascism will be the way of government. The Utopian world without limits will fall like a house of cards. And with it will go the survival of the human race. They are destroying the notion of natural law right from under our nose.

When we let the Marxists throw out the tradition of marriage that has served our society for generations, we have destroyed one more thing: the idea that there is universal truth derived from natural law. Natural law has protected the individual from the collective. It is the basis of our Constitution.

The Marxists are destroying America from within. Same sex marriage is one more tactic from the Marxist tool box. It has become ingrained into the mindset of the Left to use their freedom of speech to indoctrinate their fellow citizens to what they want them to believe and limit the freedom of speech that says otherwise. The freedoms enjoyed by generations of Americans have degenerated into a tyranny that scorns America’s legacy of freedom to pave the way for the political oppression of the individual. This collective social model that opposes our Constitutional heritage is the way of the Marxist. Homo marriage has deeper implications than you can imagine. It is designed to control the individual by separating him from the sovereignty of the family. Pretty soon, when all the widgets that hold together our society have been loosened, the critical mass will have been reached and we will explode into the universe of history. Human beings will once again be set back in time to when the individual was the slave of the state.
