Yes. The “educated” are taught lies and the uneducated are more subject to inflamed, senseless demagoguery speech. Instant world-wide communication allows constant repetition of a lie until it’s believed.
“Discrimination” as something other than your God-given freedom, privilege, and duty to choose as you please is a good example.
