If they’re not committing sodomy, why call themselves “gay”?

Promoting sodomy by calling oneself “gay” isn’t morally straight, anyway.

Homosexuality is simply a desire. We all have desires, or temptations. As a married person I have temptations to cheat on my wife. I do not therefor I am not immoral or i remain morally straight.

A homosexual can chose to act on their desires or not. A homosexual who doesn't engage in sexual activity with another man is morally straight.

The question is, why at such a young age does this man decide it is necessary for everyone to know he is gay? Does he understand that if he engages in sexual activity, even consensual, with a fellow camper, even one as old as 17, he will be committing a rape in most states, because he is in a position of authority? Is this camp unable to find a qualified leader who is not self identified as gay?
