Rush Limbaugh answered a caller’s concern about the “anti-Christians that are taking over” by saying those in that particular activist camp are being fueled by Democrats who simply hate Christianity.
First, the caller, a self-described U.S. Coast Guard veteran, speaking of the recent furor generated by Indiana’s new Religious Freedom Restoration Act: “What am I supposed to do? These anti-Christians that are taking over, it seems like, don’t realize this country was founded on Christian values and morals. Have they lost their mind?”
And then, Limbaugh’s response: “No. They just have always opposed the founding of the country. This is nothing new. It just appears new because it’s reached – a bunch of things have happened all at the same time. The size of the group, the election of a president of similar attitudes, which has been confidence inspiring for them, the evolution of the Drive-By Media, and the knowledge they have that they can intimidate and frighten into silence their political opponents.”
Limbaugh also opined these activists are “feeling fully and totally confident right now that nobody can stop them,” even though if you look at the numbers, they’re in the minority. He then turned eyes on the Democrats and the failure of the media to expose what he called their “War on Christianity...”

Democrats will sound pro-christian if they think it helps their cause...as the respondent to this news article demonstrates.

Spot on, my FRiend. And, lest we despair at the absolute, utter stupidity of those in the darkness, notice from your citation Who it is that has sent the “strong delusion” over them. They do not wake up because they cannot wake up...unless He allows.

The Constitution has been tossed to the side. We have a government that no longer cares what it says. They make up “rights” to grant and withdraw at their whim while discarded the real rights recognized by the Bill of Rights, coming from God.
The revolution has already happened. We need a counter-revolution in this country. The possibility of taking the country back by the ballot box might not be possible, I suppose 2016 could very well be the final curtain on our constitutional republic.
They hate God because the Democrat Party is their deity.

The average Larry, Moe and Curly-Joe out there does not realize that there is a difference between a Christian who believes the whole Word of God, vs a CHRINO (who believes only that Social Justice IS The Gospel). Both bear Christian monikers; but the latter is as far from Christian as you can get. An atheist is more of a Christian than a CHRINO is (because an atheist has at least some chance of being converted!).

The Republican “War on Women” was completely made up, but the Democrat “War on Christians” continues to claim victims.
Perhaps unwittingly, you have presented in a nutshell the besetting problem in Christianity in this world. And it's not this, that or the other tradition or interpretation.
It is that too many Christians spend too much time, and devote too much energy attacking other Christians.

The left’s infatuation with Islam is an enemy-of-my-enemy-is-my-friend phenomenon, and shows that hating Christianity is more important to the left than any of the other causes and ideas the left purportedly believes in, be it women’s rights, “gay” rights, equality, the neo-Darwinian synthesis as a sufficient explanation of biological diversity and human nature,. . .
But obviously they lack the courage.
