I guess for this confirmation, Kirk was the designated RINO vote to approve the nominee. McConnell passes around this responsibility to whoever is most able to do it.
Whenever you need to stand united and firm, you can always find a RINO vote to help out your brother democrat.

A blow up doll would be better than Eric Holder. As long as Lynch isn’t confirmed, Eric Holder remains the Attorney General even though he resigned last September.
At least Lynch has prosecuted some big time criminals and she had a brother who was a decorated Navy Seal who led an underwater demolitions unit and died in 2009 of complications from diabetes.
Maybe Democratic Senator Bob Menendez of New Jersey will vote against her confirmation and throw a big finger at the Obama/Holder administration who are persecuting him.

They are all like this, I think , but it is the people and the constitution which will be savaged, as he goes to the Georgetown parties and dines on fine wine and rock crab claws and boiled shrimp, none of which he payed a dime to purchase from the sweat of his brow.
