The affirmative=action AG, holder, has been in contempt of congress for a few years already. The spineless majority does nothing.

In Holder's case, I think Congress could have impeached him and removed him from office, since he had to be confirmed by the Senate. But Congress took impeachment off the table for anyone in this administration a long time ago. And since they refuse to use the power of the purse to rein in this administration, anything else they do is just posturing and making noise.
