The original thread was about public services to immigrant population. That's what my post was about. I mentioned the animal thing because it is being done against health and safety laws. The city does not have manpower to enforce the law because of the strain on the budget due to tax monies being used on the immigrants. Vicious circle.

barbecuing in a garage could be a fire safety issue i suppose. if it is violating fire regs then they should be asked to do it in the back yard.
