The end of the Queen of Cankles? Surely you jest! Queen of Cankles, sounds like a villain from the old Batman TV show and she's just as over the top.

I thought I remember reading here on FR that government employees, members of congress and the executive branch are immune to RICO. If an official does something, his/her staff or associates cannot be convicted as a whole for racketeering (as you would a whole gang).

Some legal expert here will know better than I, or can explain why this is or how it could be navigated around, but I would bet it’s probably a pretty solid immunity or no one would work for these crooked politicians.
