This is obfuscation a straw man. The law protects NASCAR from being sued and put out of business if they refused to host a gay-themed race.
If NASCAR were serious about it, they would put their money where their mouth is and cancel the Brickyard 400.
But they won't because they just came out of the closet, proving that they are money-loving, PC wimps.

It’s not about the loss of some individuals at a particular event.
It’s more about the potential loss of corporate sponsors with deep pockets and the possible loss of the event itself.
