The further I travel down this rabbit hole, the more I feel divorced from the good conservative people that I choose to call my own. I hold some stories back from our readers. My thought is that people have a hard enough time embracing the basic fact that our government is ( corrupt on both sides of the aisle.) If you knew how corrupt I thought these people really were, I feel like you'd rush to the phone and soon bad men would show up to haul me off in a straitjacket.
Do they still do that?
Regardless, today I want to show you something that might leave you questioning everything around you.
Welcome to my world.
In 1975 a representative named Joe Bingham introduced an amendment to remove the "natural born citizen" constitutional requirement to become President...........
Why is that important?

Paul Gottfried, in After Liberalism, defines this worldview as a "series of social programs informed by a vague egalitarian spirit, and it maintains its power by pointing its finger accusingly at antiliberals." He calls it a new theocratic religion. In this view, when the managerial regime cannot get democratic support for its policies, it resorts to sanctimony and social engineering, via programs, court decisions and regulations...
“If you knew how corrupt I thought these people really were, I feel like you’d rush to the phone and soon bad men would show up to haul me off in a straitjacket.”
Not me. I would get hauled off with you.
hand-picked.
The Illuminati stork delivered a whopper.
There certainly are people who make the claim that those born outside the US are not natural born citizens. We see them right here on FR.
I don’t think that Hussein is any kind of American citizen. His mother was not old enough to impart citizenship to her son. He has Indonesian citizenship and probably British Empire citizenship but it is highly that he has American citizenship.
Dunno about blaming Congress...
The Founders actually expected the Electors to exercise judgement and refuse to cast their votes for persons considered ineligible, or even inappropriate, for the office.
Same question been running around in my mind.
If it really does take just one parent, and location of birthplace is irrelevant, or citizenship of the other parent, then Soetoro has only the Indonesian passport problems that his Commie Mommy inflicted on him.
And thus Ted Cruz - a guy with dual nationality - has no problems. Currently, that’s what he and the Heritage foundation use.
So, uh...how did we get where we are?
Oddly, the Birch society used to talk about this back in the 60s. They said the UN was a front for the Comintern, and that we were being softened up for World Government by ripping apart the opposition to being ruled by a foreigner by that institution.
But stubborn opposition by Americans and especially American servicemen killed that.
Until Soetoro. Now the dam has been breeched: We all love Cruz, but....he has some issues. Once we water down the qualifications...Katy Bar the Door.
And as for Soetoro, he’s proof that the requirement was there for a good reason: he is in no way loyal to the people or the laws of the States that United. Every law, EO, regulation or memo he ever signed should be stricken from the record and have no force over the United States.
But it does merit trying to understand who he really is and where he really came from.

I see no way around Obama being a natural born citizen. Even if he was born abroad (which seems quite plausible) it wouldn’t matter, since his mother was an American citizen. One of my daughters was born abroad to my wife who was not an American citizen at the time (although she did subsequently naturalize). My daughter was deemed an American citizen by birth, by virtue of the fact that I am a citizen. She could theoretically be President, no? How is that qualitatively different from Obama’s situation? I really don’t see the issue.
His mother was not old enough to impart citizenship. As far as NBC being required to be president, this presidency has rendered that question entirely moot. Anyone on earth is eligible to run for the Presidency of the United States though he would probably have to be a resident to get any notice.
I was unaware that there was an age requirement. Could you please cite me to some source on that issue?
Prior to the 2008 election, there was pretty much no doubt about it.
Certainly in the dark past when I was born that's what everyone thought.
It's not a big deal. There are hundreds of millions of people who do qualify. We should be able to find someone with a mildly above average IQ to do that job. That's all that Soetoro has.
My Grandfather was a career State Department diplomat who spent a lot of his life screening people for visas to the United States. He married a British Subject while posted to Scotland, and thought the native birth requirement SO IMPORTANT that he sent my Grandmother home to the midwest to have their child. In 1928, that mean't you got on a ship and spent 2 weeks getting to the U.S. from Liverpool.
So since 1787, it's been a big deal. We don't want to be ruled by foreigners. The European hereditary monarchs used to play musical chairs with their kingdoms: the wars were just internecine spats. The British people to this day have a bunch of Germans occupying their castles. They are slowly fixing that with the Middleton girl.
People born on military bases are a special case. In any event a U.S. military base is considered U.S. soil, like an Embassy. If you go off base because of the hospital facilities, that's a minor issue - you're still in a foreign country on orders. McCain's citizenship and loyalty were never in question; just his sanity.
It's a serious issue. It shouldn't be glibly watered down. International Communism and it's urge to power over the planet never gave up.
I believe that technically, if you are younger than eighteen years of age you are not legally an adult. If his mother was not an adult, then she could not legally transfer anything to him as she would be technically a minor, not allowed to perform any legal acts on her own. That includes being bound by any contracts or legal agreements, and having no power to sign any legal documents on her own recognizance.
so by your logic, an unmarried teenager who has a kid in high school can not impart her citizenship on her kid? I think that dumbo was born in Hawaii, but has a different father than stated on the certificate. If that were to be proven, his house of cards would come tumbling down - he would be outed as a fraud. It will NEVER happen when he is still in office, but it may after he gets out. Then the meme will be "he can't do any damage now, so why bother with charging him with a crime"
Reason is when he went to Indonesia his mom put him into a public school. In order to be put into a public school in Indonesia they require a citizenship. Indonesia doesn't allow for duel citizenship's.
The question really is did Obama's mother lie to get him into school? or was she an honest person? If Obama's mom foraged the documents to get him into school then Obama is likely a natural born citizen of the US.
This case went to trial along with McCain's natural born citizen claim. The courts heard the case against McCain and he proven his case but refused to hear Obama's case.
When one parent was a U.S. citizen and the other a foreign national, the U.S. citizen parent must have resided in the U.S. for a total of 10 years prior to birth of the child with FIVE of the years after the age of 14. Stanley Ann Dunham did not meet requisite status according to blog discovery. One commenter said, She was not old enough to register Obamas birth in Hawaii or anywhere else in the U.S. as a Natural Born Citizen as she did not meet the residency requirements! Backing this statement up, another commenter reiterates: The law specifically outlines the requirements for a CITIZEN mother to confer citizenship to her baby.

Furthermore, the SCOTUS has never adjudicated the natural born citizen clause. Leaving it wide open. Strange to say the least.
The issue regarding lil Barack is whether he ever held an Indonesian passport OR whether Barack’s mama ever denounced her American citizenship to gain Indonesian passports.
It is my understanding, that when lil Barack attended the Madrasa in Indonesia, folks holding an American passport would not be able to attend.
This in my lil ol pinion is the bigger question. If at any time, Barack Obozo held foreign credentials due to his mother's marriage to Barry Soetoro, lil baby Barack would be ineligible to hold the office of president.
Birth Abroad to One Citizen and One Alien Parent in Wedlock: A child born abroad to one U.S. citizen parent and one alien parent acquires U.S. citizenship at birth under Section 301(g) INA provided the citizen parent was physically present in the U.S. for the time period required by the law applicable at the time of the child's birth. (For birth on or after November 14, 1986, a period of five years physical presence, two after the age of fourteen is required. For birth between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a period of ten years, five after the age of fourteen are required for physical presence in the U.S. to transmit U.S. citizenship to the child.
She was 18 when he was born, thus did not meet the 5 year after age 14 requirement.
Thanks for your summations. Have to copy that for future reference.
