Whether and how the exchanges can succeed long-term with an enrollment profile heavily weighted towards subsidy-eligible individuals—and whether an insurance market segregated by income was what Obamacare’s creators originally had in mind.It was EXACTLY what they had in mind- mandated wealth redistribution.

It has been a resounding success in the wealth distribution aspect. No one but the people getting subsidies is signing up. That’s wealth redistribution from the taxpayers to the Feds to the insurance companies.
