Just conduct your business and shut up about the gay stuff.
By Timmy’s logic, I should be able to walk into any family-owned bakery and demand that they produce for me a cake with decorations depicting male (or female) sex organs, basically edible pornography, even though they may have underage employees working there.
In addition to any religious considerations, they want to be able to force people to violate anti-pornography laws.
If they refuse, Timmy thinks I should be able to sue the bakery and basically put them out of business.
Sorry, Timmy, that attitude doesn’t cut the cake, so to speak.
If anyone doubts my concern, do an image search for “penis cake”, but be warned...
This is a distraction, another manufactured crisis to break the focus on real issues.
I need to tell my son to abandon Apple.
I think you do need to go with the laws of the land when engaging in commerce. I think this law addresses the wrong end of the problem and blurring that line is what will destroy religious liberty.
The problem is a lack of privacy and a lack of decorum. It is wrong to push people beyond the addage that “if you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all”. This is a natural right which should probably be expanded upon from the concept of unlawful search and seizure to combat political correctness.
This law buys right into the fallacy instead of addressing a natural duty to not smear your bits all over public discourse.
In Tim Cook’s case, the most dangerous thing happening to him is going on in his bedroom, or at the public restroom glory hole.
Wow, Apple is going to close its 2 retail stores in Indiana? No? Well, well...
Cook would never speak against any muslims doing the same. He has no moral standing what so ever.
Anti religious bigot who uses slave labor and markets to countries that hang homosexuals and stones women. A moral exemplar.
How does someone so very ignorant become a CEO? Our country has gone soft.
I discriminate every day. Against sex offenders on my street with children, against drugged-up employees coming to work and trying to use dangerous machinery, against friends and co-workers with obvious flu symptoms.
Discrimination is good, and when the 1st Amendment gives me the right to practice my religion without the force of government, I’ll do it to my dying day.
Just a bunch of Godless pervert enablers making mischief.
Couples should not be given state licences to get married. Indivduals should be each licensed individually and whoever performs the ceremony can cross fill the papers which can be filed with the state thus legalizing the union.
Good thing I never bought a Apple product and will never by a Apple product from those who force homosexuality perversion on us.
The danger is that a hired hand can make widely read political announcements harmful to the Republic
You have to understand their sickness. To them, two guys getting married is the same as a black guy in a diner in Alabama in 1962.
They will not rest until that is LAW.
Homofascism is on the march, with the gay CEO of the world’s largest corporation now stepping forward as a prime advocate.
I own a good many Apple products: 27” iMac, 15” MacBook Pro with Retina, iPad, iPod, 3 iPhones and much more.
~~ I will not purchase another Apple product until Tim Cook is removed and Apple repudiates him. ~~
“Too Many Cooks Spoil the Broth.” In Apple’s case that’s one too many.
