Hold on. Wasn’t Reid put out front as a former prize fighter? If so I wonder what the other guys/girls looked like. I am older than Reid and was into amateur boxing as a teenager. I have followed the boxing info for a long time but never heard of Harry Reid. I realize there are many persons in the boxing annals but I never heard of Harry Reid. I think the guy got his paper wings clipped for some reason.

After a rough and tumble upbringing in the mining town of Searchlight, Reid became an amateur boxer and has acknowledged getting "called out" from bars in his youth.
