My dream ticket would be Walker/Cruz. But the threat we all face is that we will have 3-4 good conservative candidates and the rinos will have Jeb. Our vote will be split and all the Establishment types will vote Bush. This is what happened with Dole, Mcain and Romney. In each case we lost the general. With Bush 43 (another moderate) we almost lost, thankfully both times they ran bad candidates. The last time we ran a real conservative we won in a landslide, twice.

I like Cruz allot, but I think he needs to season a bit more which is why I’d love to see him in the VP role. Plus this might push Walker to govern with a bit more testosterone. Sometimes he seems to stop a bit short.

While I’m not taking a strong pro-Cruz or pro-Walker stance, I’m in full agreement that conservatives need to coagulate around one candidate early and avoid the mistakes that gave us McCain and Romney. The stakes are higher than ever...
