Let’s see now. A insane man speeds his new (fill in) and plows into the pedestrians crossing the street, resulting in multiple deaths and injuries.
Do the victims families or the survivors have legal standing to sue the AUTO DEALER who willfully sold the car last week, without checking the mental state of the customer.
If a mental health test was required before making the purchase of a motor vehicle, think of how many lives would be saved across the nation.
Maybe not a bad idea.

The salesman who.... sold the car, the battery that started the car, the tires the car rolled on, the oil that lubricates the engine...........the law schools that puke out shysters.
