Just thinking logically, I would assume that if the “climate change” included, say a new ice age, then it might contribute to extreme winters. But what the hell do I know. I’m just an accountant.

Many scientists are predicting that we may be in for many years of colder temperatures because of the low sun-spot frequency. Such an event is believed to be responsible for the cold temperatures in the 1700s and early 1800s.
