Nothing really new here. Hillary is a deceitful criminal and she will not be prosecuted. Gowdy is out of luck. She is under the umbrella of the communists protection gang headed by King Obama.
Only until there's a Republican DOJ...you know, REAL Republican DOJ.
If there is a Cruz POTUS, or a Walker POTUS, their first priority will be to prosecute the crimes of the previous administration...starting with the UNDERLINGS like Lois Lerner.
The Statute of Limitations for most of these crimes has several years to go.
And EVERYONE who counts knows it.
