I don't think he's of the mind that will happen. Rather that the ME Leaders will also have representation at the Globalists table. All the turmoil in the ME is simply to change the leadership to those who will play in that game....and they fully know there will be lots of conflict before that's positioned...the loss of life is not their concern.
Changing leadership seems to be the dominant factor in the way Hillary and Obama both ran foreign affairs. Seems to me that the end result has been chaos, so we can assess that entire strategy as a failure. Perhaps now that all can be tied into the mysterious worldwide banker death phenomenon. A lot of high level bankers have been jumping off tall buildings and shooting themselves in the back of the head.
