Agree. I’ll pay extra for a Michigan to California trip via Amtrak. I don’t care what the statisticians say about flight safety. Survival rate of ground transportation is much higher compared to falling out of the sky from 30,000 feet.
This is the perfect time for Chevy to bring back their “See the USA in a Chevrolet” commercial. I refuse to fly or go by rail.

Flight safety statistics will have to be adjusted in the presence of muzzie passengers and in particular if the captain of the plane is a bearded barbarian.
(Will passengers be allowed to ask the airline if any of the flight crew are members of the ROP?)
