Yes, there’s plenty of reason to be anti-Muslim in Europe - and the authorities in several nations risk violent overthrow for failing at the most basic rule of government - you protect your people or you have no right to rule.
Sorry to sound callous but 150 passengers and crew crashing in remote area of the Alps, doesn’t come close to the U.S. and our 9/11! ............................................ Ralf Herrenbrueck, of the German prosecutors office, said yesterday that torn-up sick notes ‘support the current preliminary assessment that the deceased hid his illness from his employer and colleagues’.
He said seized documents indicated ‘an existing illness and appropriate medical treatment’.
Police are investigating whether Lubitz had stopped taking any medication he was on. As well as having been signed off from training with depression in 2008 and suffering a ‘depressive episode’ in 2009, it was reported that Lubitz had continued to receive mental health support right up until this week’s crash.
He had been described as ‘unflyable’ while at flying school and had been downgraded on several occasions due to depression. He had received psychiatric treatment for an 18-month period, according to reports.

Well, it seems quite clear he was not a moslem, just a “regular” crazy evil person.
Right, and he wasn’t under the influence of some exotic, hypnotic drug, unless his psychiatrist prescribed something anti-psychotic... The question now remains - the two medical professionals who diagnosed him as unfit to fly, why did they give the ‘sick-notes’ to a man who was quite evidently mentally ill, why didn’t they inform the airline authorities?
Imagine a passenger with a diagnosis of ebola, he’s got his ‘sick-note’ and puts it in his pocket, and no one is any the wiser...
He was right in that prophecy he made to his girlfriend, his name will live for ever as one of the greatest mass-murdering scumbags that ever lived on the planet. I bet his parents are shattered.

The whole note thing does provide a specific motivation, which seemed to be missing. He saw that his life of flying, which was his life to him, was over, and this then seems to be an act of petty vindictiveness.
It really, really makes me not want to fly even more.
It’s hard to wrap my mind around this.
He wasn’t a convert, he wasn’t gay, we can’t say he was islamophobic (whatever that means) because he warned against islam on his facebook page, but he had been obsessional about flying since boyhood, and was under the care of mental health professionals who didn’t see it as their duty to inform his employers that he wasn’t fit to fly.
They gave him a ‘sick-note’ as if he had the stomach flu, and he, knowing that note was the end of his career, tore it up and flew into a mountain.
I do hope that at an inquest, the psychiatrist who treated him, will be asked about any medication he was prescribed, and then it needs to be established if he was taking that medication or not.
But how? He’s scattered all over the mountainside just like his victims. The protocol regarding the medical profession’s reporting to the airlines in the case of pilots with a mental illness, needs an investigation and overhaul imo.
