One pilot had left flight deck, returned finding cockpit door locked.
Panel member said could have been possible medical emergency inside the cockpit.
Why did pilot leave cockpit. Why no response when he tried to get back in. Descent begins. Did someone else get into the cockpit when the one pilot left?
It is impossible for the remaining pilot, if incapacitated, that the outside pilot could not get in. There is a fail safe. This has to be intentional,
