I thought we were at the point of Bergdahl’s being judged and sentenced over six weeks ago! I’m sure of it. So what has changed? Looks to me like nothing has changed at all.

No, the Army investigation was what was held up. Once released it would form the basis for charges, and the comes the article 32 grand jury, and then the trial and then the sentencing.

My previous answer might well be wrong. I’m told that MG Dahl was conducting the Article 32. That seems reasonable to me.
