Now THAT’s a road trip!
Bet that will be a fun drive in the middle of winter.
A number of years ago I had this idea to go on the Longest “road trip” ever.
The rules.
Travel from point “A” to point “B” on the most direct route, (no driving back and forth)
No ferry’s.
The idea could be funded by all the products you would need to complete the trip.
Auto maker
Tire Manufacture
Engine oil
Windshield wipers
GPS system
Energy bars/drinks
Camping gear
Video camera system
Satellite Phone
Etc etc ...
I was thinking a trip from the southern most tip of South America to Alaska might be possible Or Eastern Russia to South Africa, which would be longer. Both would have serious challenges.
I did an over 10,000 mile road trip a number of years ago. I did it in about three and a half weeks ... :-) ...
