Aside from the number of private insurance options dropping, most have been shaped to conform with the lowest common denominator - Obamacare. (Even employer insurance has had to do this.) The label “Cadillac plan” is a killer. Can you imagine the outrage if Cruz bought one?
I think Cruz is brilliant. He’s going to be the poster boy for what’s wrong with 0bamacare with first hand experience and get the media attention it needs. Him saying “it’s the law and we should all abide by the law” was genius!
