Well, I am not interested in Rick Perry at all.
Mitt Romney pretty much demolished Rick Perry’s chances in the 2012 debates, when Perry could not marshal his thoughts quite quickly enough under a rapid-fire from Romney - that is what I remember. Now, Rick Perry might have a most excellent analytical mind, and a first-class political resume, but all that went for naught the moment he stumbled in naming regulatory agencies he would eliminate in his first term. He knew what they were, he just could not name them off the top of his head in a smooth and assured manner.
