Obamacare was already ruled as Constitutional, with our Chief Justice making the tweak to keep it so. Now, any attempt to undermine it needs to focus on logical inconsistencies within the law.

Ruled constitutional by the nine robed oligarchy that decided Roe v. Wade was constitutional but with no constitutionally-based rationale for either the Roe or Obamacare decision???
SCOTUS has long since abandoned the Constitution as the basis for most of their decisions. If you’re willing to let the feds take away your Constitution and the freedom it protects be it judicial, legislative, or executive branch, then I guess they’ve got you.
