I think there’s a much larger story here that has never been disclosed.

The old media was failing financially in 2008. Many of their business models simply could not survive the tech changes and internet competition.

I remember media giants going hat in hand to Obama asking for a bailout in 2009 and 2010.

And I think the story is they got their bailout with conditions.

For example, there is no reason MSNBC should exist if business fundamentals were observed. They are a huge money loser. And I think their ‘subsidy’ is ending. It is interesting that only now they are discussing the notion of having conservative voices on their shows.

I suspect there are some Solyndra type deals in the background that haven’t been reported. I’ll bet that’s where the real story is about the sycophant media.
