ALMONDS....require a huge amount of water...
The water we use to Grow HAY..to EXPORT....exceeds any possible amount of so called waste
I MOVE WE EXPORT THE EPA!!
Call your state reps. Tell them you will not comply. We no longer have laws in America.
As previously noted, I learned about a water cycle in school back in the day. There is no reason to believe that the Water Cycle is not still operative. There are now more rats to screw stuff up wrt the Erf though.
