Looks like Ted and crew are going to announce via social media ahead of the speech tomorrow at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. The covocation is typically at 10:00 AM but there is very little information on the Liberty Univ. website.

"Have no doubt...Cruz has counted the cost and he is going all in. I love this man." Second that.
What's different this time, IMO, is the fact that Cruz understands what liberals are all about. He fully expects everything he will get, and I believe he's more than equipped to handle it.
