Colonial chickens coming home to roost....
That's right. Britain just had to be everywhere. For example, Britain just couldn't have trading posts in India. They had to have all of India. And now they're paying for their arrogance.
But that was then. This is now. If this scandal doesn't wake Britain up, nothing will. Personally I think the country is finished, long-term. It will eventually become a Detroit on a national scale.
