I guess he is. It seems he lies whenever he wants to and he wants to a lot.
He seems to be one of those people who have no integrity at all.
I think lying is a big part of what he did to get to where he is. After all that practice he does it now without even thinking about it.
Imagine his kids when he tells them he loves them. Though I doubt he does that very much.
