Do your own research, I am just a novice, obviously. But, like you, I have noticed my entire family is starting to have digestive issues. So, I started to look into eating healthier. Looking into what is in my food.

I typically ignored articles like this. I would think, "eh, what can I do..it's everywhere, it's probably safe".

Not even just GMO but the chemicals in the food is concerning to. Take for instance the azodicarbonamide they are using in the breads-- why? If you put this in bread in Singapore you'd get 15 years in prison. It's banned for human consumption in Europe and Australia.

I changed the way we ate about 10 years ago when a friend gave me “Nourishing Traditions” by Sally Fallon. I make all our own bread and we very rarely eat processed food.

The diagnosis of Graves surprises me as I have none of the risk factors, but life is like that. I’m taking the meds and already feel better, but will now try to figure out how to heal my gut and immune system.

I also read on the internet that if you don’t flush the toilet in Singapore you get a public caning ...
