Of course Obama wants to work with congress - as long as they do everythjng he says. If they don’t, he “finds” a new power of the Presidency to go around them.
Basically, congress has to be a rubber stamp for him.
The congrss should us every power at their disposal to thwart anything he does. Too bad it’s led by such mealy mouthed spineless jellyfish.

He's right. They'll just get all worked up, pass some bills or test votes against it, Boehner will speak angrily against it, they will hear from the White House that he will veto the bill and the government will be shut down, and he will blame it on the Republicans, Mitch will step in and draft something giving Obama
more than he asked for, it will pass, Boehner will cry a little then force it through the House with Democrats providing the necessary votes, and Obama will get his way.
Why lose sleep? Just ignore it.
