Negotiate what?
You should have asked Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that, because he was engaged in that for many years. In fact, in the past, he said that he would go anywhere, at any time, to negotiate the final status agreement to form the Palestinian State.
Now just in the last 72 hours (or thereabouts) Netanyahu did state that if he were re-elected Prime Minister that he would not allow Palestinian State on his watch. But now we have those who are in the Netanyahu government and a close Likud associate of Netanyahu saying that they (the Netanyahu government) would be pleased to restart negotiations. And THAT was given after Netanyahu won the election and about 24-48 hours after Netanyahus statement (given just before the election).
My educated guess, and from knowing and following Netanyahu, is that he is going to restart negotiations with the Palestinians at some point (relatively soon) when the political climate is suitable for it.
