Just once I’d like to know just WHO is calling the shots in DC... That old **** director doesn’t know if he’s afoot or horseback but I don’t think he’d do this without threats from the WH..... Then the question is, how many fingers are in the pie in the WH?

Though he did try to redefine the Boston Marathon attack as anything but terrorism.
