I am about ready to check out myself. After we elected Mark Sanford to congress I saw no future as a Republican. I decided to give it one more chance. I started going to Republican Party meetings and I have been elected Precinct President and county delegate. I am going to pitch in and try to win the primary for a conservative candidate. If we get another squish I am done for sure. I won’t have anything left.

No one wants to “start up” a third party, conservative or liberal anyway...There is no immediate return on/of power, influence, or whatever it is anyone could assume could benefit from a move like this...Nothing politically quantifiable...
