Goodness knows that we love our allies around the globe.
I can see where people might see the benefit of Universal CCW as has been suggested, yet provisioning would be darn near impossible.
How to manage radicalized Islamist jihadists whom are British, French, German, Belgian, Dutch, Irish, Finnish, Swedish, or any other background who are *NOT* on a watchlist? The same can naturally be said for Americans in that boat, yet coordinating efforts with citizens of OTHER countries seems remarkably complex and complicated.
