Yesterday Ferguson police shooter Jeffrey Williams attorney, Jerryl Christmas, made the claim that his client was beaten by Saint Louis Police during his arrest. Attorney Christmas, and Ferguson protest leader, Bishop Derrick Robinson, have now both made that claim.
As noted in the Saint Louis media:
[ ] Jerryl Christmas, also claimed that Williams was beaten during the arrest, a claim that police deny.
[ ] Christmas said Williams had bruises on his back, neck and face as well as a knot on the back of his head, allegedly from the butt of an officers gun. (link)
However, we have uncovered media video taken by KMOV on the night of the shooting which clearly shows Jeffrey Williams in a fight directly in front of the police department. The video shows clearly Jeffrey Williams fighting with a large heavyset black male (grey hoodie), and getting hit numerous times during the fight.
This appears to be the direct source of any bruising NOT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT:

Most interesting is the presence of the (white) dudes with the satchels, and the neon green hat (white) dudes who were standing around watching.
So the story now becomes that he came back and was trying to shoot the big ol' black dude who busted him up?
Who GAF even if it is true? His public defender needs to just cop a plea and be done with it, his @$$ is grass at this point.
It's all whitey's fault. /s
Why that lyin’ SOB (Son Of Barack).
“by the butt of an officer’s gun”
Really, this is 1940? Idiots!
It makes no difference that it's a proven lie, just like "hands up, don't shoot" is a lie. It will be established truth, among negroes and other libs.
Oops. Video taken down in 3 2 1...
Watch carefully, you will see the big guy make sure he doesn’t lose his cap as it falls off. That cap was more important than keeping his hands up to defend himself. These guys are just too much fun.
I would, however, be in favor a government program that funded field trips for city students and citizens to successful places. On those field trips there would be mandatory instruction about the amount of taxes that are paid and there would be stark contrasts drawn.
(This just a little fantasy that occasionally have. I am describing where I live.)
Imagine a tour guide saying, "Not only do the people who live here pay for their local government and their schools they also pay for yours. In addition, on a per capita basis they pay more for all state and federal government programs. Do you know what 'per capita basis' means? Yes, we run into that a lot on these tours because city folks are not educated. It means they pay more than you, if you pay at all."
"You should also know that many in this community own weapons. This deters crime, in fact, the major crimes in this community are DUI and shoplifting - done mostly by people from the city. The key to the community's success is that parents are educated and they ensure that their children are educated. If you didn't realize, these people make a lot of money because when you are educated you can get high paying jobs. You should also know that the cost of educating their children, on per pupil basis, is thousands of dollars less than your city schools. Over here (pointing), we have their high school. Take a look at the pristine Taj Mahal of a school that they have. Notice the lack of vandalism and how clean it is. Not only do these people pay for their schools, they also pay for your schools through state and federal taxes. The big difference is not the beautiful school building, it is the learning that occurs in those buildings and at home. Any building will do, it is what you do in the building that matters."
Now let's take a look at a typical neighborhood. Notice how there isn't trash in the street and the yards are well maintained. This is a typical middle-class neighborhood. When people come home from work, they do what is called home improvement. Often times you will see neighbors talking to each other when they are outside working on what we call "home improvement projects". The home improvement projects are not funded by tax dollars. These people work for a living and then they take some of that money and invest it in their homes, hoping that it increase the value of their homes. That way they make money when they sell their homes. This is one of the many ways that people get ahead and live in a nice environment.
"By the way, you should know that you are not welcome in this community. Don't visit unless you are on one of our tours, and don't try to move here until you can manage things in your own neighborhood. We don't want you to mess things up here by visiting. So go back to your neighborhood, take some responsibility and clean things up."
"Now we are on to see a township commissioners meeting. You will notice that all of the commissioners are Republicans. Their behavior may seem to be a bit strange to you. First, you will notice that they act professionally. If you don't know what 'professionally' means, just observe and you will find out. You should also know that these commissioners haven't raised local property taxes in over 30 years. Taxes go to pay for the minimal police force, sewer and snow removal on township roads. Don't get the idea that because they have a minimal police force that you can come in here are loot. Remember, I mentioned that many people in this community are armed. They won't put up with looting."
"I am going to ask some questions to conclude the tour. First question is, 'Why do you think there are no burned out buildings here?'"

Seems to be the same guy pictured last November behind Rev. Renita.
