Like what? SCOTUS said "no."

I guess the Party could reincorporate. What I don't know is if GOP organizations can file suit within their States without coming under the consent decree. I would assume State AGs can bring criminal charges. I don't know about the DOJ but I would assume they can too.

The DOJ? Not likely, Holder has made "his people" a protected class.
