Ask anybody that’s taken a CCW class if they think there weren’t a couple of odd people in it.
My view is that it’s pretty much an all-or-none deal. Yes, there are some on the edges of the sane/insane border that should be denied, but the RTBA IS FOR EVERYONE.
RIght to bear arms is designed for everyone but guess what will happen if all nut cases are turned loose with them? Ever heard of an outright ban on firearms. I’m sure the gun control folks will be watching and reporting every questionable issue. If there is no monitoring of who is carrying, where they are carrying then we just increase the chances of one of the nuts causing the rest of us to loose all rights to carry even concealed. Not worth the risk. Let people go to a verifiable training program, weed out the goofballs and then the others carry as desired where legal.
