Hillary Clinton Should Face Criminal Charges

Let’s get down to brass tacks: Hillary Rodham Clinton should be criminally charged for failing to turn over her government emails as mandated by law.
It’s not a hard call. While she nominated to be Secretary of State by President Obama, and confirmed by the U.S. Senate, she’s just like any other government employee — there were documents she was required by law to sign over upon her departure.
When she stepped down from her post — in the midst of the Benghazi scandal — she would have been required to sign the State Department’s “Separation Statement,” AKA Form 109.
“I have surrendered to responsible officials all classified or administratively controlled documents and material with which I was charged or which I had in my possession, and I am not retaining in my possession, custody, or control, documents,” the form says.
And “I have surrendered to responsible officials all unclassified documents and papers relating to the official business of the Government acquired by me while in the employ of the Department or USIA.”
Here’s the nut graf: “I have been advised by the interviewing officer whose signature appears below and fully understand that Section 1001 of Title 18, United States Code, provides criminal penalties for knowingly and willfully falsifying or concealing material fact in a statement or document submitted to any department or agency of the United States Government concerning a matter under its jurisdiction.”
That’s exactly what Mrs. Clinton did: She “knowingly and willfully” concealed documents from the State Department, namely thousands and thousands of emails she had sent and received on a nongovernment email address — which she ran via a private server in her own home.

These are all the reasons that Hillary Clinton never came near those exit papers and certainly did not sign them.
Who are we kidding? Hillary set up her own government at the State Department to get off four years to pad her resume on “foreign travel”...oops, I mean “foreign Policy”.
Obama allowed her to do absolutely NOTHING, as he and Jarrett micro managed the Pentagon, the Defense Dept., and the State Dept. Hillary Clinton had virtually nothing to do but the buffet lines around the globe.
Thus, she did two things: 1)she put on 70 pounds and 2)she worked on enriching the Clinton Global Foundation with collections of gazillion$$ of dollars.
So signing exit papers was, from the beginning, going to be out of the question.
The Senate Majority leader should be the one pushing this, not the speaker. The speaker is a prestigious spot being #2 in line for the Presidency, and he’s Speaker of the House, not Speaker of the GOP. They do from time to time take a few liberties with their Majority Members, then their are others that simply view it as power and do anything.
I’m developing an appreciation for Boehner. Ever since he said ‘We’ve done our job’ [the house] Now it’s the Senates turn to do theirs”.
He’s done his best to slow walk every Obama and Progressives socialist agenda
Nixon’s 18 minutes of tape vs. Hillary’s 35 THOUSAND emails. When it comes right down to it, Nixon was a petty crook compared to the Mother of all Criminals, Hillary Diane Rodham.
It doesn’t matter what McConnell or Boehner say. They still wouldn’t do anything.

Oh sure, charge her with a crime and Holder will prosecute. Even in fantasy land if he did, Obummer would pardon her. C’mon folks.

She signed it. She’s guilty of perjury. That’s why she won’t say anything about it and the State Dept. is stonewalling.

Cause obammy and the klintoons have photos of boehner and mitch with photos of underage boys?
Republicans are probably being advised to “lay low” and “wait for it to implode” by the same people who advised the same on Obamacare, Bergdahl, Bengazi...
And, yet, Mr Rove, the same results will occur: democrats skate, conservatives alienated from the establishment to the point of no return.
