So you would vote for a Republican who had a different "great visionary plan" as a replacement for Obamacare?
Because if that is what I am asked to vote for in the 2016 GOP presidential candidate, my vote will go third party. You can vote for tyranny if you want. I will vote for candidates whose "great visionary plan" is to reduce government meddling in Americans' freedoms.
