Cruz's "replacement" for Obamacare?

He has called for its repeal.

Period.

I don't know what Walker says he'd do about Obamacare. I looked, and didn't seen anything, but I didn't look that hard. So far, it seems he's displeased with it. But I haven't seen him outright calling for its full repeal. I have seen Cruz doing that.

Thank you Finny. Usagi_yo said Cruz was going to replace Obamacare, he has yet to
produce Any record to back that up, or even attempt to, or to explain what Cruz said
he would replace it with.

I am fully aware that Cruz wants it repealed though, good to point out.
