Invoked or not over the lifetime of the agreement is a moot point.

Having a reliable supply in time of desperate need is an invaluable asset that is only called upon when there is no other choice.

To belittle this development due to the fact that it has not yet needed to be invoked is absurd. There is a good reason for such an arrangement, and an absolutely despicable agenda that seeks to remove such a guarantee of a necessary volatile when it is needed most.

The next agreement would logically be, from the standpoint of our marxist administration, to remove the guarantee of material support (Ammunition, etc) whenever hostilities break out between Israel and any other adversary.

Honestly, cannot most people easily see where this is leading?

I do not disagree with your view, but simply pointing out that Israel does not need Obama’s help to buy oil.
