She was one of the worst of the kind in the city of Chicago, owning at one time, the infamous Cabrini Greens complex (of the movie "Candyman" infamy) and another squalid hellhole actually closed down by the Feds, it was so bad.
And this sordid specimen of whatever species she could be called (human is very doubtful, in my book) is the best that the administration could come up with as 'chief of staff'?
