at the time, so “ready” is a little undercalling
on the sitrep.

With Russia, China, N.Korea, Pakistan and eventually Iran, all having nukes, I'm not real positive about the future of man.

Maybe Putin is telling the truth, maybe he isn’t. In any case, just saying that everything is on the table is the way winners negotiate.

What were the nukes for? Ukraine doesn’t have nuclear weapons, Europe and US aren’t even willing to arm Ukraine, let alone go to war with Russia over it.
